spark is one branch of our Children’s Ministry for kids age 3 – 3rd grade. Every time we are with children, it is an intentional opportunity to share Jesus and his love with kids. We host many opportunities for children to play, connect with others, and learn about Jesus.

All volunteers who help with children’s ministries have their Clearances.

Age Groups

INFANT - 3 YEARS

NURSERY

Sundays, 9:00 AM & 11:00 AM | During Worship

The Nursery will be available for parents who have kids birth – 3 years who wish to utilize this service. Upon arrival prior to the service, please sign in your child(ren), fill out a name tag, and sanitize their hands. Parents are asked to pick up their child(ren) at the conclusion of the service.

AGE 3 - GRADE 3

PRE-K

Sundays, 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM | (FEC) Room 204

Any child(ren) between the ages of 3-5 are invited to exit at the sparkzone announcement where they will be safetly transported to (FEC) Room 204 for an age-appropriate activity under adult supervision. Parents are asked to pick up their child(ren) at the conclusion of the service.

SPARKZONE

Sundays, 9:00 AM & 11:00 AM | During Worship

While you worship, let your child learn about Jesus and play freely under volunteer supervision. Children 3 years of age through 3rd grade exit at the sparkzone announcement. If they are Pre-K, they will go to Room 204. If they are older, they will go to (FEC) Room 105. Parents, please pick up your child in the appropriate room once the service has concluded.

On the third Sunday of the month, there will be not be sparkzone due to Kids Church.

KIDS CHURCH

Third Sunday of the Month, 9:00 AM & 11:00 AM | During Worship

It’s church just for kids! This service will be held once a month on the third Sunday, and will incorporate worship through contextual Bible lessons in separate age groups, and fun activities.

– Traditional Service: Parents, please check in your child at the Kids Check-In Station before the service in the (FEC) Lobby. Kids will be safely transported to (FEC) Room 105. At the conclusion of the service, the kids will safely be brought back over in time for the benediction.

– Contemporary Service: Parents, please check in your child at the Kids Check-In Station before the service in (CLC) Stryker Hall. Kids will be safely transported over to the 1st floor of the (CLC). At the conclusion of the service, parents are asked to pick up their child(ren) in that room.

SPARK CHOIR

Sundays, 9:00 AM & 11:00 AM | During Worship

For kids who love to sing! During sparkzone, kids will practice singing and dancing to songs that they will eventually share during the Sanctuary services.

ONLINE WORSHIP

Sundays, 9:00 AM & 11:00 AM

Some of our staff and volunteers lead a short, child-friendly lesson about faith or the Bible during the Online Worship video.
