WHAT IS SPARK?
spark is one branch of our Children’s Ministry for kids age 3 – Grade 3. Every time we are with children, it is an intentional opportunity to share Jesus and his love with kids. We have many opportunities for children to connect with other children and build a Christ-centered foundation through a Biblical curriculum.
All volunteers who serve in children and youth ministries have their Clearances.
AGE GROUPS
NURSERY
Sundays, 9:00 AM & 11:00 AM | During Worship
The Nursery is available for children birth – 3 years of age during our worship services. Prior to the service, parents must sign in their child(ren) and sanitize. Following the service, parents must sign out and pick up their child(ren).
SPARKZONE (TRADITIONAL SERVICE)
Sundays, 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
While you worship, your child can learn through an age-appropriate lesson with a correlating activity under volunteer supervision. Parents must check in their child(ren) before the service at the spark table. Children will exit at the sparkzone announcement, to travel to their age-appropriate room:
- Pre-K: (FEC) Room 204
- K – Grade 3: (FEC) Room 105
Parents must pick up their child(ren) at the conclusion of the service.
SPARKZONE (CONTEMPORARY SERVICE)
Sundays, 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
While you worship, your child can learn through an age-appropriate lesson with a correlating activity under volunteer supervision. Parents must check in their child(ren) before the service at the spark table. Children will exit at the sparkzone announcement, to travel to their age-appropriate room. Toward the end of the service, all children will return to (CLC) Stryker Hall.

SPARK EVENTS
PARENTS’ AFTERNOON OUT
November 2, 3:00 – 6:00 PM | (CLC) Stryker Hall
We will have Clearanced volunteers available to spend time with your kid(s) while they play, craft a present for their parent, and enjoy pizza.

JUMP AND JESUS
February 22, 2025 | 10:30 AM – 1:00 PM | (CLC) Stryker Hall
Inflatables. Pizza. Crafts. Face Painting, Fun. Jesus. Your kid is invited to come experience these things and more at Jump & Jesus! This is a free community event held at our Christian Life Center (CLC) Stryker Hall (located at 601 Market St).
There will be a separate inflatable for kids 4 and under. Parents are required and responsible for their children at this event.

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL
June 23 – 27, 2025 | 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM | (CLC) Stryker Hall
Join us for some summer fun! This year, VBS will be June 23 – 27, with each day running from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM. VBS is for any potty-trained kid age 3 through completed 4th grade.
